The Endeavor FPN is pleased to offer a session for members on Lower Back Pain Management and Physiotherapy-Related Services. Our presenting team includes Drs. Ean Parsons and Jessica Wade (Family Medicine), Dr. T. Guy Hogan (Orthopedics), along with the physiotherapy team of Tracy Penney, Nicole Peters, Emily Dawe, and Laura Bryant. The key goal of the evening is to provide useful information, tools, and resources that will have an immediate impact on a family physician's practice, and as such it will provide information related to assessments, services/programs and referrals, as well as hands-on learning opportunities in small groups.
This event will be held on June 15th from 6:30-9:00pm at the ALT Hotel (dinner to be provided). To ensure adequate small group discussion and hands-on opportunities we are limiting attendance to 36 Physicians. Depending on interest, we will consider a second cohort in the fall.
