Erin brings almost 15 years of experience across the health system, including leadership roles in Surgical Services, Mental Health and Addictions, Community and Primary Health Care.
Prior to assuming the role of Executive Director, Erin recently served as an operational manager of a Family Care Team before transitioning to the role of Director of Primary Health Care in the Eastern Urban Zone of NL Health Services. In this role, she was responsible for the strategic direction of community-based primary care teams, an integrated model of care for newcomers to Newfoundland and Labrador, as well as the delivery of episodic and outreach-based health services for marginalized populations.
Erin holds a Master of Business Administration, Master of Science (Physiotherapy), and Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. She has completed a Certificate in Change Management from the Institute of Healthcare Improvement and a Green Belt Certification in Value-Based Health Care from The Decision Institute.
